1. Offer Description

The First Bet Offer $1,500 is a new-customer sportsbook promotion. Eligible users may receive a First Bet Offer token to apply on one qualifying first wager. If the token-applied first wager loses, eligible users may receive Bonus Bets up to the amount of the losing qualifying stake, capped at $1,500. Bonus Bets are promotional credits and are not withdrawable as cash.

2. Promotional Period

This “Sports Promotion” is available to qualifying customers from 8/28/2025 at 12:00 AM EST through 2/9/2026 at 11:59 PM EST, unless terminated earlier in BetMGM, LLC’s sole discretion (the “Promotional Period”). Accounts opened before or after the Promotional Period will not qualify for the Sports Promotion.

3. Eligibility Requirements

Available to new users only, 21+, physically located in jurisdictions where online sports wagering is legally offered by the operator. Participants must pass registration/verification checks and cannot be on exclusion or self-exclusion lists. Additional restrictions may apply to employees, agents, affiliates, vendors, and certain household members connected with the promotion.

5. Bonus Bets Rules

Bonus Bets are non-transferable promotional credits. They cannot be withdrawn and may expire seven (7) days after issuance unless otherwise stated. When Bonus Bets are used on a winning wager, only net winnings are credited; stake value is not returned.

6. Voids, Cash Out, and Disqualification

Early cash out, wager cancellation/void, material wager edits, or policy violations may invalidate eligibility. The operator may withhold, reverse, or adjust promotional credits in cases of fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, collusion, or other prohibited behavior. Interpretation and administration decisions are made by the operator and are final where permitted by law.

7. Additional Conditions

This promotion may not be combinable with other offers. Jurisdictional, market, technical, stake, and timing restrictions may apply. The operator may modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion to maintain compliance, fairness, and operational integrity.
